Server does not respond between 4:00 AM to 5:00AM everyday due to Received maintenance request for mail.box.

due to performing this task user session reach up to 1254 Transactions/Minute, 2460 Notes Users
from normal 1425Transactions/Minute, 100-150 Notes Users please share your valuable thoughts.it would be great help for me.
